Prof. Thomas Fischer, lic. oec. & lic. iur. HSG, lic. phil. I, RA

Thomas Fischer is founding partner of Swiss ALP Asset Management GmbH and Chairman of the Executive Board.

 

Since 2006, Thomas Fischer has identified and implemented innovative, in particular income generating investment solutions in niche markets. In addition, as founding partner of aicons AG, Thomas Fischer has since 2002 conducted worldwide over 500 on-site due diligence examinations on hedge funds, private equity/debt funds and other investments.

 

Between October 1999 and April 2002, Thomas Fischer was responsible for all legal and compliance matters of all worldwide group companies as Legal Counsel of RMF Investment Group.

 

Thomas Fischer holds a graduate degree in Business Administration/Economics as well as in Law from the University of St. Gallen/Switzerland as well as a graduate degree in Psychology from the University of Zurich. In addition, he is a member of the Bar of the Canton of Aargau/Switzerland.

 

Thomas Fischer is also lecturing management psychology at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland. From 2001 until 2010, he was Professor for Finance and Accounting at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland.

 

In 2002, Thomas Fischer completed the 5-week intensive training programme at the Center for Financial Asset Management and Engineering (FAME) in Lausanne.
